Standard Products
For non-customized, standard stock items:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund will be issued to original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Custom Products
For customized items (including personalized designs and custom-requested artwork):
- Custom products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned
- We take great care to ensure your custom items are produced exactly as ordered
- Please review your design carefully before submitting your order
